Education

Providing education and vocational training to children and young adults is a large component of community development. Every child in the communities we interact with is encouraged to attend school. Support is given in the form of books, uniforms, shoes, umbrellas, school bags, stationary and transportation. Young adults with a strong desire to study and those with proven potential are supported to attend college, university, or vocational training. The families are asked to contribute as much as they can towards their education fees and the rest of their tuition is paid directly to the institution by us. We make arrangements to have ongoing reports from the students as well as the institutions to ensure that the money is being well spent. Currently, we are supporting a wide range of students studying nursing, engineering, information technology, driver's training, accounting, Bachelor of Arts degree, Bachelor of Science degree, as well as little ones in grade 1 to 12.
